Not Sure Where To Start?

You don't have to know exactly what you need before you book. That's what your consultation is for. If you're unsure which treatment is right for your skin, body or wellbeing goals, book a consultation first. We'll talk about what you'd like to achieve, assess your needs and recommend the most suitable treatment or journey for you. Your consultation fee is redeemable against the treatment you choose, so you can make your decision with confidence rather than booking something simply because it sounds right. What happens at my consultation? We'll take the time to understand your concerns, goals, lifestyle and expectations. Where appropriate, we'll assess the treatment area or skin and discuss your options, including what we recommend, how many treatments you may need and what results you can realistically expect. For some treatments, a patch test or additional suitability assessment may be required before treatment can begin. What if I don't know which treatment to book? That's completely okay. You don't need to be the expert - we are. Tell us what you'd like to improve, change, manage or simply enjoy, and we'll help you find the best place to start. A little Charenity tip : Don't choose a treatment because you think you "should" have it. Come with your goals and let us help you work out the rest. The right treatment starts with the right conversation.

IPL Photo Rejuvenation

What is Photo Rejuvenation? Photo Rejuvenation uses light to stimulate collagen production, helping to soften the appearance of fine lines, improve skin texture, reduce visible signs of sun damage and restore a healthy, youthful glow. How many treatments will I need? Your treatment plan will be customised to your individual skin concerns and goals during your consultation. While some concerns may improve after a single treatment, a series is often recommended for more noticeable, longer-lasting results. How many treatments are recommended? For Photo Rejuvenation, we generally recommend 4–6 treatments, spaced approximately 4 weeks apart. Your treatment intervals may vary depending on your skin type, the concern being treated and how your skin responds. A little Charenity tip: Good skin takes time. Think of your treatments as a journey rather than a quick fix. Giving your skin the right treatment, at the right intervals, allows it time to respond - and that's where the magic happens.

IPL Pigmentation

What is Pigmentation Correction? Pigmentation Correction is designed to help reduce the appearance of sun damage, age spots, freckles and uneven pigmentation, leaving your complexion looking brighter, clearer and more balanced. How many treatments will I need? Your treatment plan will be customised to your individual skin concerns and goals during your consultation. While some pigmentation may improve after a single treatment, a series is often recommended for more noticeable, longer-lasting results. How many treatments are recommended? For Pigmentation Correction, we generally recommend 2–4 treatments, spaced approximately 4–8 weeks apart. Treatment intervals may vary depending on your skin type, the pigmentation being treated and how your skin responds to treatment. A little Charenity tip : Sun protection is your best friend. If you're working on pigmentation, daily SPF isn't optional - it's part of the plan. Protecting your skin helps prevent pigmentation from returning and supports the results you're working towards.

IPL Vascular Therapy

Vascular Therapy - Targets broken capillaries, spider veins, redness, rosacea, and red spots to restore a more even and uniform skin tone. Recommended Treatment Plan: Your treatment plan will be customised to your individual skin concerns and goals during your consultation. While some concerns may improve after a single treatment, a series of treatments is often recommended to achieve optimal, long-lasting results. Vascular Therapy: 2–4 treatments, spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Treatment intervals may vary depending on your skin type, the concern being treated, and your individual response to treatment.

Woman with Acne

IPL Acne Treatment

What is Acne Management? Acne Management is designed to help reduce acne-causing bacteria, calm inflammation and minimise active breakouts, supporting a clearer, more balanced complexion. How many treatments will I need? Your treatment plan will be tailored to your skin, your concerns and your goals. For Acne Management, we generally recommend 2 treatments, spaced approximately 2–4 weeks apart. Can I add LED to my treatment? Absolutely. Blue LED Light Therapy is a beneficial add-on to Acne Management. Blue light can help target acne-causing bacteria while supporting calmer-looking skin and reducing the appearance of inflammation. For additional support between treatments, LED can also be used regularly - typically every 72 hours (around 2–3 times per week), depending on your skin and treatment plan. Treatment intervals may vary depending on your skin type, the concern being treated and how your skin responds to treatment. A little Charenity tip : Be kind to your skin. When breakouts appear, it's tempting to scrub, squeeze and throw everything at them. Resist the urge! A consistent, considered approach is often much kinder to your skin - and your skin will thank you for it.

IPL Hair Reduction

What areas can be treated? IPL Hair Reduction can be used on both the face and body. Facial areas can include the lip, chin and jawline, ears while body areas can include the legs, arms, underarms, bikini , back, chest area and other suitable areas. How does IPL Hair Reduction work? IPL works by targeting the pigment in the hair during its active growth phase. Because not every hair is growing at the same time, a course of treatments is needed to achieve the best possible reduction. Which IPL treatment is right for me? There's no one-size-fits-all approach. Your treatment will be selected according to your hair type, skin type, treatment area and individual response. Super Hair Reduction - fast and comfortable, and particularly suited to dark to medium hair on larger areas such as legs, chest and back. IPL + Radiofrequency (Dual Mode) - combines two technologies to target lighter hair colours and more stubborn hair types. Traditional IPL - ideal for smaller, precise areas with darker hair, such as the upper lip, chin or bikini line. How many treatments will I need? An initial course of 6–8 treatments, generally spaced 4–6 weeks apart, is recommended. Your individual schedule may vary depending on the area, hair growth cycle and how you respond to treatment. Will I need maintenance treatments? IPL Hair Reduction provides long-lasting results, but some hair can eventually return. Occasional maintenance treatments may be recommended to keep your results looking their best. A little Charenity tip : Consistency really matters. It's tempting to stretch out appointments when things start looking good, but sticking to your recommended schedule gives IPL the best opportunity to catch hairs during their active growth phase. And remember - hair reduction is a journey, not an overnight fix. Give your skin and hair cycle time to do their thing.

Massage

Why is massage good for me? Massage is more than an hour of blissful relaxation, although that's certainly a lovely part of it. It can help ease muscle tension, support circulation and mobility, and give your body and mind a chance to slow down and reset. How often should I have a massage? There's no magic number. For general wellbeing, many people enjoy a massage every 3–4 weeks. If you're active, sitting at a desk all day or carrying more tension, you may benefit from more regular sessions. Do I need to be sore to have a massage? Not at all. Don't wait until your body is shouting at you! Massage can be part of your regular self-care, helping you unwind and give those little areas of tension some attention before they become a bigger nuisance. Will massage hurt? Massage shouldn't be a test of how much discomfort you can tolerate! Some techniques can feel firm, but you should always feel comfortable speaking up. More pressure, less pressure, warmer towels or a little more quiet -just ask. Should I drink water after my massage? It's a good idea to stay hydrated after your treatment. And if you can, give yourself a little breathing space afterwards rather than rushing straight back into your day. Which massage is right for me? It depends on what you and your body are craving. From Just Chill and Unwind to Just Face It, Ritual and Grounded, each has its own purpose. Not sure? That's what we're here for. A little Charenity tip - Don't wait until you're completely worn out before giving yourself some care. Your body does a lot for you. It deserves a little something back.

Brows & Lashes

How do I know which treatment is right for me? Whether you're after beautifully shaped brows, a little colour, fuller-looking brows with lamination, or lifted, defined lashes with a lash lift, we'll help you choose what suits your natural features and the look you're after. How long do the results last? Results vary depending on your natural hair growth cycle, skin and aftercare. Tint, brow lamination and lash lifts all have different lifespans, and we'll give you personalised advice at your appointment. Will my brows look too dark or dramatic? They don't have to! Your brow shape, tint and lamination can all be tailored to create anything from soft and natural to beautifully defined. Can I have a tint, brow lamination or lash lift if I've never had one before? Absolutely( but a patch test is required for treatments where applicable.) We'll also check that the treatment is suitable for you before we begin. Can I wear makeup to my appointment? It's best to arrive with the brow and eye area clean and free from makeup, oils and skincare. It gives us a better canvas and helps your treatment perform at its best. How long should I wait between treatments? Your brows and lashes need a little time to do their thing. We'll recommend an appropriate timeframe based on your treatment and the condition of your hair. A little Charenity tip: Don't pluck between appointments! Those little hairs you're tempted to remove might just be part of the brow we're creating. Put the tweezers down and let us work our magic. And remember ,great brows and lashes aren't about following a trend. They're about finding what works beautifully for you.

What can CIT Microneedling help with? CIT Microneedling can be tailored to a range of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, loss of firmness, uneven texture and tone, acne scarring, facial scarring, stretch marks and body scars. It works by stimulating the skin's natural renewal process to encourage smoother, firmer and more resilient-looking skin. How does CIT Microneedling work? Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering the body's natural healing response and encouraging new collagen and elastin production. As your skin renews, this can help improve its texture, firmness and overall appearance. How many treatments will I need? Your treatment plan will be customised around your skin concerns, goals and desired results. A series of treatments is generally recommended, allowing your skin time to heal, renew and produce new collagen between sessions. Skin Rejuvenation & Age Management: 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart Acne & Scar Correction: 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart Stretch Mark & Body Scar Improvement: 3–6 treatments, spaced 6–8 weeks apart When will I see results? Microneedling isn't an overnight fix - your skin continues its renewal process after each treatment. Collagen production takes time, so improvements can continue to develop over the weeks and months following your treatment course. Treatment recommendations may vary depending on your individual skin response and the concern being treated. A little Charenity tip : Don't rush the process. Your skin needs time to heal, rebuild and do its thing. Good home care, sun protection and following your recommended treatment schedule can help support the results you're working towards. Sometimes the best results are the ones that get better quietly over time.

ASTInfoPhoto (LED)SKIN- LED.png

LED

Is LED suitable for my skin? LED is gentle and suitable for many skin types, but not every skin or situation is the same. We'll chat with you about your skin and make sure it's appropriate before treatment. How often should I have LED? LED works beautifully as a one-off treatment, but consistency is where it really shines. Your treatment plan will depend on your skin goals and the type of LED treatment you're having. Can I combine LED with other treatments? Absolutely! LED can be a lovely finishing touch following suitable treatments, helping to calm and comfort the skin. We'll recommend the combinations that make sense for your skin. Does LED hurt? Not at all. It's a relaxing, non-invasive treatment. In fact, you may find yourself enjoying the quiet time a little too much. 🤍 A little Charenity tip: Consistency beats intensity. You don't need to bombard your skin with treatments. The right treatment, at the right time, can make all the difference.

RF SKIN TIGHTENING.png

RF Skin Tightening

What is RF Skin Tightening? RF Skin Tightening uses controlled radio frequency energy to stimulate collagen production, helping improve the appearance of loose or ageing skin, firmness, tone, texture and elasticity. What areas can be treated? RF Skin Tightening can be used on suitable areas where you'd like to improve the appearance of skin firmness and elasticity. Your treatment area and approach will be discussed during your consultation. How many treatments will I need? Your treatment plan will be customised according to your body goals, concerns and desired results. A course of 4–8 treatments, generally spaced 1–2 weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results. When will I see results? Results develop progressively as your skin responds to the treatment and collagen production is stimulated. Improvements can continue throughout your treatment program, rather than appearing all at once. How can I support my results? A healthy lifestyle, staying well hydrated and following your personalised aftercare advice can all help support your results. A little Charenity tip : Consistency is where the magic happens. Think of RF Skin Tightening as a process rather than a quick fix. Give your skin time to respond, stay consistent with your treatment plan and look after it between appointments.

Waxing

How long does my hair need to be before waxing? Ideally, around the length of a grain of rice gives the wax something to grip. If you've been shaving, give your hair a little time to grow before your appointment. Should I exfoliate before waxing? Gentle exfoliation can help, but don't do it immediately before your appointment. Give your skin around 24–48 hours beforehand, and avoid anything harsh. Will waxing hurt? You may feel a little ouch, but it shouldn't be unbearable. Everyone's tolerance is different, and we'll work as gently and efficiently as possible. Can I wax if my skin is sensitive? Sometimes, yes - but certain skincare products, medications, sun exposure and skin conditions can make waxing unsuitable. We'll always check first. What should I avoid after waxing? For the first 24–48 hours, give your skin a little breathing room. Avoid excessive heat, swimming, vigorous exercise, friction and heavily fragranced products on the waxed area. A little Charenity tip : Don't arrive freshly moisturised! Clean, dry skin gives the wax the best chance to do its job. Your moisturiser can have its moment afterwards.

Tattoo Reduction

How does laser tattoo removal work? The Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser delivers precise pulses of energy into the tattoo pigment. This helps break the ink into smaller particles, which your body can gradually clear naturally. Can all tattoo colours be treated? Different colours respond differently to laser treatment. Black and dark pigments generally respond well, while colours such as blue, green and red can also be treated but may require additional sessions. How many treatments will I need? There is no set number because every tattoo is different. Factors including size, age, colour, ink depth and your individual response all influence the number of treatments required. A typical treatment course is around 6–12 treatments. How far apart are treatments? Treatments are generally spaced approximately 6–8 weeks apart. This gives your skin time to heal and allows your body time to process and clear the broken-down ink particles. Can I completely remove my tattoo? Significant fading can often be achieved, but complete removal cannot always be guaranteed. Your consultation is an important part of understanding what may realistically be achievable for your individual tattoo. Can I have my tattoo lightened for a cover-up? Absolutely. Tattoo lightening can be a great option when you don't want complete removal but need to fade the existing design enough to make way for a new one. Is the treatment uncomfortable? You may feel some discomfort during treatment, but sessions are generally quick. We'll explain what to expect and make your comfort a priority throughout. What happens after treatment? Your skin needs time to heal after each session. Following your personalised aftercare instructions is important to support healing and help you achieve the best possible result. A little Charenity tip : Patience really is part of the process. Your body needs time to naturally clear the broken-down ink, which is why treatments are spaced out. Don't be tempted to rush your next session ,giving your skin and body time to do their work is part of getting the best possible result.

BODY BOOT CAMP .png

Sculpt. Firm. Smooth

What is the 15-Week Body Transformation Program? It's a personalised body contouring journey designed to help reduce the appearance of stubborn areas, improve skin firmness, enhance body contours and smooth uneven texture. Your program combines treatments selected specifically around your body and your goals. What treatments are included? Your program may combine fat reduction, Ultrasound Body Contouring and RF Skin Tightening, depending on your individual needs. Your exact treatment combination is determined during your consultation. Why does the program take 15 weeks? Because your body needs time to respond. The program allows treatments to be delivered progressively, with planned rest periods between sessions so your body has time to respond to the treatment process. How often will I have treatments? Treatments are generally scheduled weekly, with planned rest periods incorporated into your personalised program. Will I need downtime? The program uses non-invasive treatments, so there is no required downtime and you can generally continue with your normal daily activities. Will it help me lose weight? This program isn't a weight-loss program. It's designed to refine body contours, improve firmness and enhance the appearance of your natural shape. When will I see results? Results develop progressively throughout the 15 weeks as your body responds to the treatments. Your results will vary depending on your individual body, treatment combination and response. How can I support my results? A healthy lifestyle, adequate hydration and regular movement can all help support your journey and the results you're working towards. A little Charenity tip : Don't measure your progress only by the scales. Notice how your clothes fit, how your skin feels, how your shape changes , and most importantly, how you feel in your body. Fifteen weeks isn't about becoming someone else. It's about feeling a little more confident in the body you already have.
